I’m commenting because of the “% growth” goal. % growth as you get bigger gets harder and harder. 1 more customer on a base of 10 is easy but 100 on a base of 1,000 is a lot harder. Well duh. Breaking out finite targets by channel makes for a more “first principals” approach while ever increasing % targets seems like a “fake it till you make it” strategy. I’m a fan of both so that ain’t a bad thing, but going back an looking at each channel, it ballpark estimate in terms of new customers and setting a goal that way makes more sense to me. You may be short on your “big picture” goal having done this which either means you have to reset the goal of come up with another channel.
